Each partner has to complete the full reps for each movement (i.e. 40 burpees, 30 snatches, 30 burpees, 30 snatches, etc.) but the reps can be broken up however (e.g. partners can alternate 10 burpees each until each partner has done 40 in the first set)

135/95 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/115 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/145 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
