- Men RX: 95lbs
- Men Scaled: 75lbs + Push-Up Knees Allowed
- Women RX: 65lbs
- Women Scaled: 55lbs + Push-Up Knees Allowed
Event 3 | Fight Gone Bad: Five-minute rounds + one-minute break before repeating.
