Event 2 | 21-15-9 Power Snatches & Push-Ups (8 min cap)

  • Men RX: 95lbs
  • Men Scaled: 75lbs + Push-Up Knees Allowed
  • Women RX: 65lbs
  • Women Scaled: 55lbs + Push-Up Knees Allowed

Event 3 | Fight Gone Bad: Five-minute rounds + one-minute break before repeating.

  • 3 Rounds of the following:
    • Wallball Shots (Reps)
    • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (Reps)
    • Box Jump (Reps)
    • Push Press (Reps)
    • Row (Cal)
  • Men RX/Men Scaled:
    • Wallball Shots: 20lbs ball, 10ft target
    • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull: 75lbs
    • Box Jump: 24" box jumps or step-ups
    • Push Press: 75lbs
  • Women RX/Women Scaled:
    • Wallball Shots: 14lbs ball, 9ft target
    • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull: 55lbs
    • Box Jump: 20" box jumps or step-ups
    • Push Press: 55lbs
