CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results.
Barbell Club is designed around the barbell (no surprise there) and all of it's various movements. We offer guided weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk) and accessibility to powerlifting (back squat, bench press, and deadlift). Barbell Club workout programs come in cycles of 3-days and 5-days with individualized programming available for an additional fee.
On-Ramp is a 1-on-1, 8-session program that introduces and develops the fundamentals needed to be successful in either CrossFit or Barbell Club. Proper progressions on the Olympic movements will be addressed, ensuring paced comfort and growth. All skill/technique work will be followed by a scaled CrossFit Workout of the Day.
Bloc is interval and circuit training based with greater focus on sweat than skill. Programming offers a balanced approach for proper neuromuscular and cardiorespiratory development. Directed towards non-barbell work with more unilateral and multi-planar movements not traditionally addressed in CrossFit or Barbell Club.
We use modern day equipment to replicate the most raw and classic strength movements - and package it with the constantly varied CrossFit model. That means 'old school' movements with 'new school' programming by providing a playground to test and improve brute strength while increasing work capacity across broad time/modal domains.
