FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING

STRENGTH-BASED & SCALABLE…

All workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. This program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We adjust load, movements and intensity to meet you where you’re at.

Overall, the aim of this class is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too

This class is for everyone - fitness and health for the general population, challenging yourself beginning at any fitness level. 


BARBELL CLUB

OLY & POWERLIFTING ALL DAY…

Devoted to Olympic weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk), powerlifting (back squat, bench press and deadlift), and technique - all things done during our training are to achieve the best overall results in these lifts. 

Coalition Barbell Club is a USAW Club Affiliate for those athletes looking for a dedicated Oly program. Dedicated club sessions focus primarily on practicing and improving technical execution of Olympic-style, power and auxiliary lifts. Programming is based on 8-week periodization with additional accessory work added. for lifters interested in individual programming, we offer the option of a personalized program add-on.

For those needing the specialty equipment & space to perform their own (or a personal coach's) weightlifting programming, we do offer Bring Your Own Programming (BYOP). We provide the space. You provide the program. 


ON-RAMP

Just Beginning...

On-Ramp EXPERIENCE is a 1-on-1, 3-SESSION OR 6-session program that introduces and develops the fundamentals needed to be successful in either FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING or Barbell Club. Proper progressions on the Olympic movements will be addressed, ensuring paced comfort and growth. All skill/technique work will be followed by a scaled Workout.
