PROGRAMMING
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Coalition Programming: Two Tracks. One Class. Your Choice.
Every class offers two programming options so you can train in the way that best fits your goals, recovery, and where you are right now:
Performance Strength Track
For athletes who want to push their boundaries and build advanced strength and skill. You’ll train Olympic lifts, advanced gymnastics, and high-skill strength work designed to build power and performance.
Fitness Strength Track
For athletes who want to get stronger and build muscle without the complexity of Olympic lifts or advanced gymnastics. You’ll train foundational barbell lifts—squat, bench, deadlift—combined with unilateral and accessory hypertrophy work to develop muscle and improve structural balance.
Conditioning
After strength, athletes work through high-intensity circuit or interval training. Coaches provide options so you can chase performance and manage fitness appropriately.
How It Works
Both options—Performance and Fitness—are a part of every class. You can commit to one, switch between them as needed, or mix-and-match. Our coaches help guide your choice so training stays challenging, effective, and built around you.

Expect a mix of machines, turf work, and bodyweight challenges designed to push your engine further each week.
