STRENGTH-BASED & SCALABLE…

All workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. This program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We adjust load, movements and intensity to meet you where you’re at.

Overall, the aim of this class is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too

This class is for everyone - fitness and health for the general population, challenging yourself beginning at any fitness level.

  • Our Performance Track is designed for athletes focused on Olympic weightlifting, offering specialized programming to refine technique, increase strength, and enhance power for peak performance on the platform.

  • Our Fitness Track focuses on classic, foundational lifts like bench press, deadlift, and back squat, helping you build strength, improve technique, and achieve balanced, functional fitness in a supportive environment.

OLY & POWERLIFTING ALL DAY…

Devoted to Olympic weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk), powerlifting (back squat, bench press and deadlift), and technique - all things done during our training are to achieve the best overall results in these lifts.

For those needing the specialty equipment & space to perform their own (or a personal coach's) weightlifting programming, we do offer access to a fully loaded barbell-dedicated area.

You can use an Unlimited Membership or an Off-Peak Open Gym membership and knock your Olympic socks off.

JUST STARTING OUT…

On-Ramp is a 1-on-1, 6-session program that introduces and develops the fundamentals needed to be successful in either Functional Fitness Training or Barbell Club.

Proper progressions on the Olympic movements will be addressed, ensuring paced comfort and growth. All skill/technique work will be followed by conditioning.

Throughout the On-Ramp, you'll not only build confidence in foundational movements, but also gain a clear understanding of how workouts are structured, how to scale appropriately, and how to train safely and effectively. These sessions are tailored to your current fitness level and learning style, creating a personalized experience that sets you up for long-term success — whether you're looking to thrive in group classes or pursue more advanced, individualized goals.

  • 6 ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS - $400

    ** On-Ramp recommendation is completion of sessions within 2-3 weeks. All sessions expire one (1) month after the first session.
