Hi, I’m Cole.
Owner of Coalition, coach, and the guy who’s always around—whether it’s 6 a.m. or late-night grind time. Patience is my superpower (yes, even at 6am), and my goal is to create an environment where hard work, trust, and growth happen side by side. If you're here to complain, negotiate, or vent during a workout—go for it. I’ll still have your back, and I’ll still make sure you’re getting better every time you show up.
I’ve been in this game long enough to know that real progress takes consistency, trust, and creativity. When it comes to programming, I’m always looking for ways to push the envelope and think outside the box. But I also understand that everyone has different goals, so I make sure to design training that’s tailored to both the big picture and the individual.
I care about my clients like family—so expect tough love, but also plenty of laughs along the way. And on top of all this gym stuff? I’m lucky enough to share this whole fitness journey with my amazing wife. We built this place together, and there’s nothing better than staying fit and thriving as a team.

Sport Massage & Assisted Stretch Therapy
I combine massage and assisted stretch techniques to help you feel better, recover faster, and move more freely. Whether you're dealing with stress or managing chronic pain, this therapy works to alleviate discomfort and get you back to feeling your best.
Not only does it help improve circulation and boost immune function, but it also enhances your sleep quality and increases short-term joint and tissue mobility. The goal is to help you move with ease, reduce tension, and give your body the recovery it deserves — all while leaving you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for whatever comes next.
