TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing or using the facilities, services, or participating in activities offered by Coalition Strength & Conditioning Corporation ("Coalition"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms govern your membership and usage of the Coalition facility, and are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Coalition.

Rules & Regulations

Coalition operates under rules and regulations established for the safety and well-being of all members. By joining or continuing membership, you agree to comply with all current and future rules posted or communicated by Coalition. These may include—but are not limited to—changes in facility access, hours, services, equipment, and membership policies.

Equipment Use

  • Equipment must only be used in the manner intended and authorized by Coalition staff.

  • After use, members must return equipment to its designated place.

  • All equipment must be wiped down after each use with the supplies provided.

  • Members are encouraged to allow others to "work in" when using shared equipment.

Conduct Expectations

  • Members must behave in a respectful manner that does not interfere with other members’ enjoyment or safety.

  • Coalition reserves the right to terminate memberships for any behavior deemed offensive, dangerous, or abusive.

Dress Code

  • Proper athletic attire and clean athletic footwear are required.

  • Street shoes are not permitted during workouts.

Personal Belongings

  • Coalition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Items left unattended may be removed or discarded during routine facility clean-ups after prior notice.

Check-In Policy

  • All members must check in at the front desk tablet upon arrival.

  • Access is granted based on membership type and requires that all waivers and documents are completed and current.

Animal Policy

  • Animals are not permitted unless they are certified service animals or law enforcement animals.

  • All exempt animals must be properly controlled, tagged, and vaccinated, and may be asked to leave if they cause a disturbance or pose a health or safety risk.

  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals and for cleaning up waste.

Injuries & Emergencies

  • In the event of an injury, members must immediately notify a Coalition staff member or call 911.

  • Coalition staff will provide or coordinate appropriate medical assistance and complete an incident report.

Age Requirements

  • All members must be at least 18 years of age unless authorized by a parent/guardian and approved by Coalition.

Facility Damage

  • Members must not damage or remove any property or equipment.

  • Damages caused by reckless or improper use may result in financial liability.

Guest & Non-Member Policy

  • Only active members may use the facility and participate in services and events.

  • Non-members must register at the front desk and may be subject to additional fees and rules.

Prohibited Activities

  • Use of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited.

  • Weapons of any kind are not permitted on the premises.

  • Gambling or any form of betting is not allowed.

  • Members must not engage in any activity while under the influence of substances that impair physical ability or judgment.

Digital Agreement & Electronic Signature

By signing up for a membership, registering for a service, or using the facility, you agree that your electronic signature (via screen, keypad, mouse, or any similar action) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You agree that no third-party certification is required for your electronic signature to be valid and enforceable.
