I’m an introvert who fully believes naps are performance-enhancing — because every session you get from me deserves full energy and full focus. Coffee is basically my co-coach, and this gym? It’s my second home. My mission is to make it feel like yours too.
I’m all about building routines that are consistent, sustainable, and actually feel good. Your workouts will be approachable, effective, and tailored to wherever you’re at — whether you have a specific goal in mind or just want to feel better moving through life.

Whether your goals are aesthetic, athletic, or health-focused, my personal training programs are designed to keep you motivated, accountable, and consistently progressing. If you have specific health conditions or injuries (chronic or acute), I’ll collaborate with your doctor or physical therapist to ensure your training plan is safe, appropriate, and effective for your needs.
Before we start, you'll complete a 30–60 minute assessment including a health questionnaire, lifestyle evaluation, body composition analysis, and movement screening. This is a crucial first step to building a personalized program that fits your body, lifestyle, and goals.
Olympic Weightlifting Sessions
For athletes interested in Olympic weightlifting, I offer private, one-on-one coaching tailored to every level — whether you're learning the lifts for the first time or preparing for a national meet.
My weightlifting programs are designed to make you stronger, faster, more explosive, more flexible, and more confident in your lifts. You'll receive technical refinement, personalized programming, and focused coaching to help you move better, lift heavier, and stand out on (and off) the platform.
