If you’re looking for someone who understands both the discipline of sport and the joy of movement—you’ve found her.
I grew up in the pool, competing in swimming and water polo, and eventually traded chlorine for chalk as I made my way into CrossFit. Before that, six years of yoga taught me how to move with intention, breathe through the tough stuff, and stay connected to my body—lessons I carry into every training session.
These days, I split my time between chasing my own goals as a competitive athlete and helping others chase theirs—whether you're brand new or ready to level up. My coaching style? Direct, supportive, and always tailored to you. Expect smart progressions, intentional movement, and the occasional sweaty high five.
Oh, and if you’re wondering why my Instagram is full of farm animals—it’s because when I’m not in the gym, I’m usually out on my boyfriend’s farm. I’m hands-on with the animals (especially the chickens—I’m obsessed), and I wouldn’t trade that fresh air and dirt-under-the-nails life for anything.

With a background that blends competitive athletics, yoga, and CrossFit, I focus on helping you move well, build strength, and feel confident in your body. My coaching is individualized, goal-oriented, and grounded in smart, sustainable progress.
If you're navigating injuries or health conditions, I’ll work closely with your care team to make sure your training is safe and supportive. Every new client begins with a comprehensive 30–60 minute assessment, including a health and lifestyle questionnaire, movement screen, and goal-setting session. This gives us the foundation to build a program that's not just effective—but tailored specifically to you.
