Kinda Sorta Triathlon is BACK!
It’s that time again—our not-so-traditional triathlon returns on Saturday, November 8th and this year we’ve added even more fun to the mix. Get ready to sweat, push, and test your endurance with a lineup of movements designed to challenge and hype you up.
The Kinda Sorta Tri will be completed in teams of two, with heats starting every 10 minutes beginning at 7:30 a.m. Listed below are the weights prescribed for each division. Take a look to ensure you are picking the right division for you and your teammate.
RX Division
Run 400m

Sled Push 100m + Sled Pull 100m
• Men ≈ 330 lb (including sled)
• Women ≈ 230 lb (including sled)
Run 400m
100 Wall Balls (20/14lb
Echo Bike 80 calories
Run 400m
100 2-DB Lunges (50/35)
SkiErg 1600m
Run 400m
80 Bar-Tap Burpees
200m KB Farmer’s Carry (70/53)
Run 400 m (together) to finish

Foundational Division
