Super Total + 5K

Come join us on Saturday, June 14th as we lift for a Super Total!

Members can participate in any capacity. They can hit the Oly lifts, power lifts, or all five. Why not round it all out with a 5K post Super Total!

Whether you perform everything, some of the lifts, the run, whatever works for you works for us. Whether you’re lifting, running, eating or drinking, everyone is welcome to enjoy :)

Super Total + 5K Schedule is as follows:

  • 9:00-9:20am | Find 1RM snatch 

  • 9:20-9:40am | Find 1RM clean and jerk 

  • 9:40-10:00am | Rest, prep for back squat 

  • 10:00-10:20am | Find 1RM back squat 

  • 10:20-10:40am | Find 1RM bench press

  • 10:40-11:00am | Find 1RM deadlift 

  • 11:15am | 5K begins

  • 11:30am | Potluck kicks off

Route Details

This 5k will explore the Kinzie Corridor with a combination loop/out & back race route. Course map is shown below -
be sure to memorize it…kidding. Course will be clearly marked with signage at all turns.
