WHAT IS IT?

In the spirit of collectiveness, the first Saturday of every month we encourage our member community to bring along a friend (or two or three...you get where we're going with this). All friends fly free - no strings attached other than a waiver.

Available for all Functional Fitness classes and open gym during Saturday class hours.

FAQ’S

  • The first Saturday of each month, with class times at 7:45 AM, 9:00 AM, and 10:15 AM

  • Anyone is welcome to join to get a feel for our classes, coaches and community.

  • Our programming is designed to meet you where you are at, making it accessible for all fitness levels.

    Our coaches will walk you through a warm-up, review the Workout of the Day and provide options for scaling or modifying as needed.

  • Our First Saturdays offer a relaxed, welcoming environment perfect for newcomers looking to experience our gym culture for the first time. It’s also an opportunity for current members to build camaraderie, connect with friends, and showcase their progress. Plus, guests enjoy a free workout- so it’s a great chance to see what we’re all about!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

  2. Select your preferred class time. 

  3. Please complete the liability waiver and show up ready to train.
