 WHAT IS FIRST SATURDAYS?

 In the spirit of collectiveness, the first Saturday of every month we encourage our member community to bring along a friend (or two or three...you get where we're going with this). All friends fly free - no strings attached other than a waiver.

Available for all Functional Fitness classes, as well as Barbell Club for OLY/powerlifters.

FAQ’S

  • The first Saturday of each month, with class times at 7:45 AM, 9:00 AM, and 10:15 AM

  • It’s designed to help members share the Coalition experience with their friends—no strings attached except signing a waiver.

    Invite one or several people to attend for free and get a feel for the classes and coaching environment

  • Our programming is great for all levels. Whether your guests want to try group functional fitness or dive into Olympic-style lifting, we’ve got you covered.

    Our coaches will walk you through a warm-up, then go over the Workout of the Day and provide options for scaling or modifying as needed

  • It's a low‑pressure, welcoming way to introduce newcomers to the gym culture.

    Existing members can build camaraderie by working out with friends.

    Guests get a free workout experience, and members can show off what they’ve been working on.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

  1. Click on the link below to head over to our events page.

  2. From there you can select your preferred class time (7:45, 9:00, or 10:15).

  3. Make sure to complete the liability waiver and show up ready to train with our community - and bring the energy!
