MAXIMIZING OUR PROGRAMMING

MAXIMIZING OUR PROGRAMMING

The intention behind our programming is simple: create a personalized experience within a group dynamic. Every athlete deserves training that adapts to them. Our community is what makes the work powerful—effort shared is effort amplified.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Every class offers two programming options for our Strength portion. This enables you to train in the way that best fits your goals, recovery, and where you are right now:

  • Performance Strength Track
For athletes who want to push their boundaries and build advanced strength and skill. You’ll train Olympic lifts, advanced gymnastics, and high-skill strength work designed to build power and performance.

  • Fitness Strength Track
For athletes who want to get stronger and build muscle without the complexity of Olympic lifts or advanced gymnastics. You’ll train foundational barbell lifts—squat, bench, deadlift—combined with unilateral and accessory work to build muscle and develop structural balance.

Conditioning
After Strength, athletes work through high-intensity circuit or interval training. Coaches provide options so you can chase performance and manage fitness appropriately.

How It Works
Both options—Performance and Fitness—are a part of every class. You can commit to one, switch between them as needed, or mix-and-match. Our coaches help guide your choice so training stays challenging, effective, and designed around you.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Hybrid Athlete Training (HAT)

  • HAT is our endurance-focused class built for athletes who want stamina, grit, and a powerful engine that lasts. Every session blends structured endurance training—intervals, sustained efforts, and max-capacity pushes—with functional challenges that go beyond the treadmill.

  • Expect a mix of machines, turf work, and bodyweight challenges designed to push your engine further each week.

  • Whether your goal is to improve conditioning or prepare for competition-style events, this format delivers.

Barbell Club

  • Barbell Club is Coalition’s dedicated Olympic weightlifting program, focused strictly on the snatch and clean & jerk. Each Tuesday evening, our coach breaks down the mechanics behind these complex lifts—helping beginner to intermediate lifters build skill, strength, and confidence.

  • Whether your goal is to improve for functional fitness or to pursue Olympic weightlifting more seriously, this class provides the coaching and technical focus you need.

Gymnastics Class

  • Our Gymnastics Open Gym is designed for athletes looking to sharpen bodyweight skills. Each session is open format—come in with a focus, whether that’s bar work like toes-to-bar, pull-ups, and muscle-ups, or handstand training like wall walks, HSPU, and handstand walks.

  • Our coach will provide drills, progressions, and feedback to help you improve mechanics, build strength, and progress toward your goals. Whether you’re learning the basics or chasing advanced gymnastics skills, this class gives you the structure and coaching to get there.
